Phase-2

Prepare to Return-to-Work

Employee Preparations to Work

Any plan to Re-Opening the U.S. Economy should include mandatory employee education and training implemented in the following 4-Phases.  The education and training relieves and addresses the pressure from the protester's and public’s demand to immediately Re-Open the Economy, and promotes individual understanding of the time-sensitive process.

Phase-1, Employers and Small Businesses

Phase-2, Employees, and Workforce

Phase-3, Community

Phase-4, Students

 COVID-19; Coronavirus101

Population Impact:  After the Coronavirus Pandemic the Mental Health, Physical Well-being, and Economic Recovery for everyone on the planet will be different.   In a large country like the U.S.A., the business closures and virus’s impact on the ethnically diverse populations will present economic challenges that are distinctive and requires strategic planning for Governments, Businesses, Organizations, and Individuals.

FACTS:

All employees should take into consideration the following facts; whenever an Employee says:

"I can’t stay at home; I have to Work..!"

  • Asymptomatic and Infected People are working and can infect you.
  • People who have been infected are going to work.
  • People who have been exposed to infected people are going to work.
  • People who have survived COVID-19 after being infected are going to work.
  • People who have survived COVID-19 after being infected are going to work but have not been cleared as potential Coronavirus carriers.
  • Correctional Staff may be infecting inmates who have no contact with the public.
  • Nursing Home Staff may be infecting elderly patients who do not travel and have no contact with the public.
  • One infected person on a bus or train can and will probably infect at least 10 other people.
  • At a meat packing plant more than 500 Employees Tested Positive for Coronavirus
  • If you become infected as a result of your job, you cannot and should not return home.
  • Shelfish Thinking Protesters are demanding to go outside because the compliant people are inside.  Protesters are willing to risk exposure because the Ghost-Town effect they see makes them believe there is minimal to no danger for them to roam freely at the expenses of those indoors.

It is the people who are working and getting a paycheck that are Spreading the Coronavirus and Dieing from COVID-19.

People do not understand a Closed or Frozen Economy.  People's concerns and fear of no Paycheck including the probable loss of Health Insurance, and the inability to pay their Rent, Mortgage, Auto Loans, Utilities, and other bills are pushing people to engage in dangerous life threating protests demanding the immediate "Opening of the Economy".

A closed or frozen economy is exactly this:  People not working, unemployed, furloughed, or working with a reduction in hours should be less concerned about their “Credit Score” and spend money only to purchase essential items such as "Food and Medicine" at this time.  During this Nationwide Declared Emergency “No Pay Check” should and does translate the following to most families.

Food, (Stimulus Check and or food/feeding programs)

Shelter, (No Evictions no Mortgage Payments no Utility Shut-offs)

Clothing, (Safety gear such as masks, gloves, anything Waterproof)

Healthcare, (Medicine, Cleaning Supplies, etc)

People who are working without interruption to their normal paycheck should be the only ones paying their Rent, Mortgage, and other Bills at this time.  When the COVID Pandemic is declared over and when the Economy is Re-Opened then the Recovery Process begins, you may continue taking this course to offer ideas and suggestions to help rebuild the American Economy.

Employee Safety, Consumer Safety, and Operational Readiness

EMPLOYER RECOVERY PLAN:  Employers and Small Businesses who want to Re-OPEN their operations and hire back employees, contractors or Consultants should have a Recovery Plan.  The plan does not have to be intricate in detail but thought-out enough to advise returning employees of the work environment, conditions, limitations, restrictions, and SAFETY RULES that they may experience upon their return to work.

The more employees and consumers know about the possibility of changes with the workplace and business operations, the better their employer, employee and consumer relationships will be.

What you will study:

MANDATORY EMPLOYEE TRAINING:

Before entering the Workplace, and or continue working in the Workforce or Community, all employees nationwide should be required to enroll in the COVID-19 Safety Course.  All employees should complete the class within 4-to-6 weeks with an assignment being due every Tuesday.  This is mandatory Public Safety Training and Employers are not required to provide employees work time for the Training.  If an employee has a handicap or disability that may impair their ability to complete the course successfully, additional time and other accommodations will be made available according to the individual's needs.

 Employee Workforce Preparation and Safety

After COVID-19 maybe 40 to 50% of the businesses in the United States may return back to their normal operations.  25% of Small and Large Businesses may close forever.  This class addresses individual planning strategies that are unique and particular to employees, contractors, consultants, and students who want to return to work.

Personal - Job Loss Assessment:

1.) Before COVID-19, you may have had a job.

2.) During COVID-19, you may have continued working your job.

3.) After COVID-19, you need to evaluate if you are an essential worker or a key employee to the immediate needs of your employer.

The assessment does not state that your employer does not need you, it just states that the employer does not need you immediately or right now.  Looking for work or a change in your career is strongly advised if your employer is not prepared to hire you back.

Employee and Employer Preperation for Recovery:  Employers have a lot to do, employers have to prepare the workplace for employees and consumers/customers.  Employers may have to redesign the office stores and shops, and revise operational procedures and processes, etc.  Employees can assist by completing this training course and obtaining a free Certificate of Completion sponsored by the Department of Commerce.

This COVID-19 Safety Training Course is free to all employees in the U.S.A., who are authorized to work and includes a Certificate of Completion. Topics you will study are subject to change according to nationwide and local events and medical news updates.
