Extended Class Description: Work Place Harassment and Discrimination
Sexual Harassment and Discrimination - SexH101 MANDATORY TRAINING: Many States in the USA have adopted laws for Employers to provide Workforce Harassment Training to Supervisors and Employees. The training generally must take place within 6 months of hire or promotion and every 2 years thereafter. The training may exceed 2 hours for Supervisors and 1 hour for Employees. With a Certificate of Completion to be issued verifying the successful passing of the class. VICTIMS: The victim does not have to be the person harassed but could be anyone affected by the offensive conduct. The misconduct can include others such as the; #Me2 Movement. Workplace Statistics: - 13,055 Complaints and some Criminal Charges were filed alleging sex-based harassment in 2018. - $56.6 million dollars were paid out in monetary benefits due to sex-based harassment allegations in 2018. What you will study: How to Recognize, Address, and Prevent Sexual Harassment and Discrimination. Further, this class also studies what is Discrimination, and Harassment under both Federal and State Laws and defines phrases and terms that people should know the meaning of; but don’t.
This class studies, the transmission of Male & Female Sexual Energy? The class will cover sex the tool or gift, sextortion, sexual discrimination, sexual favors, sexual harassment, intimidation, and sex as a tool or gift. Additionally, this class studies sexual taunting and teasing, and gender identity in schools, colleges, the workplace, in church, at home, and in public or within the community.
