 Housing - Home101

Population Growth:  The housing problem is about numbers.  When the numbers keep adding up you have to multiply and use numerical equations to explain the numbers.   The need for more housing is a worldwide crisis because the number of people moving or migrating to major cites is growing every day.

Most major cities are in a Land-Locked-Land situation, and the only way to build is up.  This class studies the impact of high-density living, on families, schools, businesses, and government.  Other numerical factors that cause homelessness will be examined such as; Does Local Tourism Impact Homelessness?

Irresponsible Resource Spending:  The trash, graffiti, drug use, and human waste are all part of the daily grind and residual effects of having homeless populations that grow numerically every day.  Worldwide billions are spent, and locally millions are spent on non-solutions that are constantly defeated by the numbers.

There may never be a total solution to resolve homelessness, the numbers keep climbing, swelling and choking the quality of life and available space out of major cities and metropolitan areas.

Homeless people cannot survive outside of the city but the “MIDDLE-CLASS” can.

What you will study:

This class studies Homelessness within local communities.

  • How to stop the numbers from growing.
  • What to do if the numbers continue to grow.
  • Buildable Lot/Land Space within the area.
  • High-Density Living and Training for Residents.
  • The capacity of local utilities and services.
  • Safety, security, and crime.
  • and, more solutions to the "War on Homelessness".

Decision making of Homeless People is an extreme daily must do undertaking.

  • Prison – which sounds better 6 months of Winter Homelessness or 6 months in Prison/Jail?  What does a homeless person have to do to get 3 meals, a cot, shower, heat, with health care?

  • Shopping at Walmart – A homeless person shopping at Walmart or eating at a McDonalds, or going to the doctor must take or bring all of their belongings with them.

  • A Burden to Others – Homeless people know that they have issues that are burdens that their family and friends cannot add to their own.

  • Working Homeless People - Living in cars, motor homes, and shacks are common solutions that working people with limited incomes must resort to.

  • Family Separation – kids, pets, and spouses as a combination can make up the homeless person’s package.  Family Separation = unreasonable accommodations.

Fault - Being Homeless is no one's Fault

People seeking shelter is part of the human experience where you find that shelter and how you define that shelter varies according to need.  The goals and objectives of this class are to discover and discuss ways of addressing the needs of shelterless people who are labeled homelessness and present future solutions.  Technology has advanced where we can create teams of builders and factories outside of cities that can rapidly produce housing structures needed by today's society.

Finding Shelter vs. finding a Home..!

* WARNING!  Extreme Sensitivity and Awareness Training ahead, ENROLL TODAY…!
